VAT will be added to fees once the practice is VAT-registered (from launch). Some services fall outside the standard packages (e.g. catch-up bookkeeping, one-off advisory). These are always quoted in advance — no surprises. Response SLAs refer to acknowledgement of your query, not necessarily a full resolution.
Pension contribution tax modelling (Premium) covers the tax effect of contributions only. We do not give regulated pension or investment advice — product and provider decisions should be made with an FCA-authorised adviser.

Optional extras
Available alongside any package, quoted individually based on your requirements. Always agreed before any work begins.
Additional directors
If your company has more than one director or shareholder drawing income, additional director self-assessment and payroll is added per person.
Management accounts
Monthly or quarterly management accounts for contractors who want more regular visibility of company performance beyond year-end accounts. Unaudited — for management use only.
Ad hoc advisory
One-off advice on company structure, profit extraction strategy, or specific transactions outside your regular package scope. Quoted and agreed in advance.
IR35 contract review
A one-off written review of a specific contract and working practices, with a reasoned view on IR35 risk. Complex or high-value cases are referred to a specialist reviewer.
FreeAgent setup, migration & training
Configuring FreeAgent from scratch or migrating from spreadsheets or another system, including bank feeds, opening balances, and a training session.
Personal tax returns — spouse, rental & other income
Self-assessment for a spouse shareholder or other connected individuals, or for other income such as rental property alongside your main return.
Dormant company accounts
Annual dormant company accounts and confirmation statement for a non-trading company you're keeping alive — for example between contracts.
Also available as one-offs: VAT registration/deregistration, P11D and benefits-in-kind reporting, pre-year-end tax planning reviews, and business plans/cash-flow forecasts — ask for a quote.
